Fire Arts Collective performs according to the highest safety standards available.

Our performers are individually insured for $3 million through Specialty Insurance of the U.S.

We require and provide at least one safety during our performances. A safety is a non-performer who stands by with wet towels and a fire extinguisher, in case either are needed. They also perform crowd control. All of our safeties have been through rigorous training, which includes extinguishing flames on a perfomer.

We require that both our performers and safeties be of a clear mind and at their greatest physical well-being during every performance.

We use white gas, lamp oil, and lighter fluid, and we tailor each usage to the specific performance. We can provide MSDS sheets for any of the fuels that we use during performance. While we remain flexible per venue, we require a certain amount of space for preparation and performance. Please review our Stage Requirements for details.
